Nessebar (12 min away)– an ancient Bulgarian town more than 3000 years old with a lot of churches, historical monuments, authentic architecture, narrow streets, fish restaurants and yacht port.

Burgas (25 min away) – the fourth biggest town in Bulgaria, with population of more than 200 000 people. It is famous for its opera and theatre and at the same time with its airport (17 min away from the houses) and huge port. You can see supermarkets here of the worldwide trade chains – Billa, Metro, Ms Bricolage, Praktiker. With its diversity of shops and restaurants it is one of the nicest places to visit for the weekend.

In the closest town Kableshkovo (4 min away) the building of a golf playground has already started. It is expected to be finished in 2009 or 2010 at the latest.
